Key Management
The Partnership's
Management Team has the background and experience needed to
lead clients equally involved with managing the needs of public
transportation authorities and private businesses through
the service implementation and information distribution process.
Most have been actively involved in the advanced transportation
technology and information arena for many years. Together
the team has the expertise in development and deployment of
Internet based services that utilize remote information access
technology. The business is referred to as an Application
Service Provider (ASP) GIS Internet based database and data
flow technology service.
The Partnership
offers Application Service Provider (ASP) Transportation Information
Communications systems which include Traffic Congestion, Transit
Itinerary, Multi Purpose RideMatch and ParkRide service application
solutions. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology with a variety
of media including telephone, Internet, kiosk, digital signage
and broadcast our dedicated team of professionals provide
the business management, marketing, sales, advertising and
team-building skills necessary to enable our customers to
keep one-step-ahead in their provision of cutting edge, reliable,
cost-effective customer service. We are committed to research
and development efforts that enable us to continually provide
clients with the technology, training, and tools necessary
to deliver fully integrated, real time, quality solutions.
John
C. Cox Jr., President/CEO
As President and CEO of The Partnership, John spearheaded
the deployment of alternative transportation technologies
throughout Southern California as the visionary behind the
creation of the Advanced Traveler Information Business Model
that serves as TANN's strategic foundation. His prior network
and advertising experience was instrumental in this endeavor.
The Partnership's mission is to accelerate the deployment
of advanced transportation technology by facilitating strategies
that reduce traffic congestion and mobile source emissions.
As the CEO of TANN, John Cox brings the executive skill set necessary to effectively lead and direct the business management of a new kind of news network. John's wide range of experience includes leadership roles in the fields of transportation, communications, advertising and public service.
John served as a Director
at the Southern California Association of Governments, responsible for the management of the Performance Assessment
and Implementation Department and the Deployment and Partnerships
Department. The Performance Assessment Department was responsible
for the direction and management for six department programs
- Regional Transportation Improvement Program, Regional Transportation
Project Information System, Regional Transportation Monitoring
Information System, Regional Transportation Trend Tracking,
Inter-Governmental EIR Review, and Transportation Air Quality
Conformity Program.
As
President of POSTV (Point-of-Sale Television Network), John
oversaw the creation and delivery of a revolutionary new digital
advertising program service into 33,000 retail stores nationwide.
The advertising agency he founded, Cox and Burch, was highly
recognized for the campaigns created for high-profile automotive
firms including Toyota and Nissan.
In addition,
Mr. Cox has served 16 years as an elected official developing
public policy regarding transportation issues and has been
actively involved with numerous projects involving cooperative
arrangements between and among local governments and private
enterprises.
Tanna
Manford, Account Manager
Tanna has over 20 years of experience in the field of transportation
planning, project and staff management, public outreach, data
analysis, database development, maintenance and quality assurance.
While in the employment of Southern California Association
of Governments Tanna was responsible for the development and
implementation of a transit database representing 52 carriers
with 900 transit routes servicing the NY, CN and New Jersey
areas.
As The
Partnership's Account Manager, Tanna establishes and manages
client accounts and is responsible for overseeing and managing
development of products, such as TransiTrips, CommuteOne,
Commuter Services, ParkRide, VanPool, and eCommute TeleWork
Services.
JoAnn
Armenta, Finance Administrator
As The Partnership's Finance Administrator, JoAnn brings 17
years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, budgeting,
cash flow management and financial analysis. Her wide range
of expertise in Finance and Administration, comes from years
of combined experience working for both private companies
and for state and local government agencies involved with
environmental and advanced transportation issues.
As The
Partnership's Finance Administrator, JoAnn is responsible
for the financial planning, network partner contract administration,
revenue collection and distribution, financial analysis and
reporting, and overall profitability. Additionally JoAnn provides
all levels of program support for The Partnership's multiple
business activities.
Dave
Vroman, Program Analyst
Dave has over 20 years experience in maintaining, developing,
operating, and making enhancements to commercial planning
applications, GIS modeling programs, and costing programs.
Dave has extensive experience in all units of database integration,
and a thorough knowledge of computer hardware and software.
While at The Partnership, Dave has been involved in the implementation
and upgrading of the TransiTrips system for Southern California
area as well as the Jacksonville TransiTrips system.
Erika
Kao, Web Designer
All web development is overseen by Erika Kao. Erika has an
extensive background in graphic design, art direction, Web
development, project management and planning. She has handled
Web development for clients that include Hilton, MGM Home
Video, CarsDirect.com, and Champion Enterprises. Prior to
her employment with The Partnership, Erika was employed by
Zyrex, and was part of a team contracted to The Partnership
to develop and maintain their Web sites, including TANN.com
(Travel Advisory News Network), Clean Cities Coalition Survey
site, The-Partnership.org, and traffic.tann.net (Internet
and wireless mobile sites). She also was a member of the Zyrex
team retained by the Los Angeles City Community Redevelopment
Agency to evaluate the agency's Internet/Intranet usability,
develop future site architecture, and provide technical recommendations.
Erica assisted clients shape their visions for their Web sites
and helped them to achieve their online business goals internally.
She coached their creative team during the exploration and
creative process. Under her leadership, Erika's team has spawned
award-winning designs and garnered national recognition. Previous
to her employment with Zyrex, Erika successfully established
an Interactive division for a communications agency.
Alfonso
Riguero, Database Analyst
Alfonso has held positions with various companies providing
software support and customer product service. While employed
with Southern California Association of Governments he was
a key member of the project team supporting product installations
for JTA, Denver, BART, MTC and the NY Tri-State area. Alfonso,
has created user manuals and systems documentation and developed
tools to facilitate training. In his current role he is responsible
for providing client technical support, for quality data maintenance
and the electronic conversion of transit data files into standard
product formats.
