About Us Contact Us Media Center Links

Since our inception, the Partnership has been very proactive in the market development of electric and natural gas vehicles and infrastructure throughout Southern California. We have conducted workshops for cities and fleet managers, sponsored numerous stakeholder meetings, and written and distributed comprehensive Electric Vehicle and Natural Gas Vehicle “Model City Starter Kits." (Some of these kits are still available and you may request a free kit on our Contact Us page.) Our efforts, in conjunction with those of other influential stakeholders, have resulted in the largest installed base of natural gas fueling stations and electric vehicle charging stations of any region in the country. We invite you to visit www.cleancarmaps.com to see for yourself.

We continue to support these and other important alternative fuel technologies through our active participation on the Technical Advisory Committee of the Mobile Source Air Pollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC), and as the coordinating entity for both the Clean Cities Program and the Voluntary Emission Reduction Program within the SCAG region. More information on each of these organizations and programs follows. Current members of the SCAG Clean Cities Program, or those interested in finding out more, should click here to go directly to the SCAG Clean Cities page for a schedule of activities and the latest information on funding opportunities.
