The Partnership is a vertically integrated advanced traveler information services company offering low-cost, turnkey solutions to public transportation and transit agencies for the efficient distribution of timely and useful information to the traveling public. This is accomplished through TANN, our web based news network, and through the establishment of sophisticated commuter information systems that we offer and operate as an application service provider. We specialize in the coordination and marketing of region-wide programs using Internet based technology. Our services help millions of commuters travel more efficiently and safely while improving the overall performance of the transportation system. The Partnership has operated as a public purpose nonprofit 501(c)4 California corporation since 1994.

A number of products and services are offered through The Partnership. These include the real-time traffic network, state-of-the-art transit trip planning and rideshare matching systems, telecommuting and clean fuel vehicle incentive programs, and comprehensive marketing and research services.
